The most reproducible OTUD7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of TORC2 signaling, Cytosolic transport, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with OTUD7B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD7B-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD7B results are reported.
