Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,972 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTUD7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP3B2_S272, RRM2, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with OTUD7A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD7A-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUD7A versus AP3B2_S272 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
