Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,342 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTUD7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, GRK3, and LGALS1. Each is linked with OTUD7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD7A-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUD7A versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
