Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTUD7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 139 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTUD7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT28, PRAMEF20, and DPRX. Each is linked with OTUD7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD7A-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD7A results are reported.
