Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OTUD6B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OTUD6B data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher OTUD6B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OTUD6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and CESC are the cancer types where OTUD6B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
