Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OTUD6B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OTUD6B data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OTUD6B mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OTUD6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where OTUD6B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
