Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,418 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OTUD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf112, B3GALNT1, and LINC00705. Each is linked with OTUD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD5-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUD5 versus C1orf112 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
