OTUD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,387 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1066P, MIR4474, and LINC02093. Each is linked with OTUD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD5-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1066P grouped by OTUD5-low versus OTUD5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
