OTUD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTUD5 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cytarabine, Vismodegib, and Staurosporine. Each is linked with OTUD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUD5-to-partner and partner-to-OTUD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytarabine grouped by OTUD5-low versus OTUD5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
