OTUB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,871 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YLPM1, MTHFD1, and PAPOLA. Each is linked with OTUB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUB2-to-partner and partner-to-OTUB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTUB2 versus YLPM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
