Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTUB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,651 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine ribonucleoside monophosphate metabolic process, Striated muscle contraction, and SNARE complex disassembly. Each is linked with OTUB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUB2-to-partner and partner-to-OTUB2 results are reported.
