OTUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1B10P2, MIR7976, and RN7SL354P. Each is linked with OTUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUB1-to-partner and partner-to-OTUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKR1B10P2 grouped by OTUB1-low versus OTUB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
