Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,661 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTUB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and CAAX-box protein processing. Each is linked with OTUB1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTUB1-to-partner and partner-to-OTUB1 results are reported.
