OTP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,244 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUNDC2P3, RPL18P1, and UBFD1P1. Each is linked with OTP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTP-to-partner and partner-to-OTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FUNDC2P3 grouped by OTP-low versus OTP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
