OTP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA2, OR5H6, and NABP2. Each is linked with OTP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTP-to-partner and partner-to-OTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA2 grouped by OTP-low versus OTP-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
