OTOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH2, IGLJCOR18, and DCPS. Each is linked with OTOR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOR-to-partner and partner-to-OTOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH2 grouped by OTOR-low versus OTOR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
