OTOR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,718 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF15, KDM4E, and OR51B6. Each is linked with OTOR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOR-to-partner and partner-to-OTOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OTOR versus PRAMEF15 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
