OTOGL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTOGL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 899 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTOGL-associated genes across cancer lineages are BFSP2, GAGE12E, and GAGE12H. Each is linked with OTOGL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTOGL-to-partner and partner-to-OTOGL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BFSP2 grouped by OTOGL-low versus OTOGL-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTOGL→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTOGL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
