Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OTOG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OTOG data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher OTOG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OTOG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, MESO, and COAD are the cancer types where OTOG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
