mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA6, ICMT, and CDCA8. Each is linked with OTC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTC-to-partner and partner-to-OTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA6 grouped by OTC-low versus OTC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→OTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
