Across TCGA patient cohorts, OTC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ERK2, and PCNA. Each is linked with OTC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTC-to-partner and partner-to-OTC results are reported.
