Across TCGA cell cohorts, OTC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,487 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OTC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dentinogenesis, Positive regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, and Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization. Each is linked with OTC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OTC-to-partner and partner-to-OTC results are reported.
