OSTM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,126 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASCC3, SERINC1, and TMEM30A. Each is linked with OSTM1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-OSTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSTM1 versus ASCC3 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
