OSTM1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,275 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA5, TLN1, and SNX3. Each is linked with OSTM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-OSTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSTM1 versus ITGA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
