Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSTM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,494 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sphingolipid metabolic process, Ceramide metabolic process, and Phosphatidylinositol dephosphorylation. Each is linked with OSTM1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-OSTM1 results are reported.
