Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSTF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,868 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP9, SLAMF6, and TRGV3. Each is linked with OSTF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTF1-to-partner and partner-to-OSTF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSTF1 versus ARHGAP9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
