OSTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4654, MIR548AP, and GPATCH11. Each is linked with OSTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTF1-to-partner and partner-to-OSTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4654 grouped by OSTF1-low versus OSTF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
