Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,571 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization, Negative regulation of protein polymerization, and Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction. Each is linked with OSTF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTF1-to-partner and partner-to-OSTF1 results are reported.
