OSTC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSTC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,332 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24D, UGGT2, and P4HA1. Each is linked with OSTC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTC-to-partner and partner-to-OSTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
