Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSTC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,351 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP4, DPP4-DT, and FHL5. Each is linked with OSTC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTC-to-partner and partner-to-OSTC results are reported.
