Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSTC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,958 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSTC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, Protein demannosylation, and Protein alpha-1,2-demannosylation. Each is linked with OSTC in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSTC-to-partner and partner-to-OSTC results are reported.
