OST4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OST4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-929P, MTND4LP20, and RNA5SP520. Each is linked with OST4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OST4-to-partner and partner-to-OST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
