OSR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,803 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB23, VCAN, and POGLUT2. Each is linked with OSR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSR2-to-partner and partner-to-OSR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSR2 versus RAB23 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
