OSM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,935 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAM, MNDA, and CYBB. Each is linked with OSM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSM-to-partner and partner-to-OSM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSM versus ITGAM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSM→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
