Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-964P, NF1P12, and RNU7-195P. Each is linked with OSM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSM-to-partner and partner-to-OSM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-964P grouped by OSM-low versus OSM-high in SKCM.
