Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSM-associated genes across cancer lineages are Heregulin, Mre11, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with OSM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSM-to-partner and partner-to-OSM results are reported.
