Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSM-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT25, RPTN, and RHOXF2. Each is linked with OSM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSM-to-partner and partner-to-OSM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT25 grouped by OSM-low versus OSM-high in LUNG_SCLC.
