OSGIN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSGIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,072 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSGIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC10, ABHD4, and CD40. Each is linked with OSGIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGIN1-to-partner and partner-to-OSGIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSGIN1 versus HDAC10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSGIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSGIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
