Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSGIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,375 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSGIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to L-phenylalanine derivative, Response to thyroxine, and Cellular response to thyroid hormone stimulus. Each is linked with OSGIN1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGIN1-to-partner and partner-to-OSGIN1 results are reported.
