OSGEPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSGEPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,936 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSGEPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, TRRAP, and TSN. Each is linked with OSGEPL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGEPL1-to-partner and partner-to-OSGEPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSGEPL1 versus XPO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSGEPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSGEPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
