Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSGEPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSGEPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ47, RPS6P7, and NICN2P. Each is linked with OSGEPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGEPL1-to-partner and partner-to-OSGEPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ47 grouped by OSGEPL1-low versus OSGEPL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSGEPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSGEPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
