Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSGEPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,384 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSGEPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial tRNA processing, Mitochondrial tRNA modification, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with OSGEPL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGEPL1-to-partner and partner-to-OSGEPL1 results are reported.
