Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSGEP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,330 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSGEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM89A, COQ6, and SNORA28. Each is linked with OSGEP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGEP-to-partner and partner-to-OSGEP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSGEP versus FAM89A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSGEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSGEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
