OSGEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSGEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSGEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-328P, RAB9AP4, and RN7SL353P. Each is linked with OSGEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGEP-to-partner and partner-to-OSGEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-328P grouped by OSGEP-low versus OSGEP-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSGEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSGEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
