OSGEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSGEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSGEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf52, SLCO1C1, and PROP1. Each is linked with OSGEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSGEP-to-partner and partner-to-OSGEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf52 grouped by OSGEP-low versus OSGEP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSGEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSGEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
