The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OSER1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OSER1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and BLCA are the cancer types where OSER1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
