OSER1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,658 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOMM34, FOXK1, and ADNP. Each is linked with OSER1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSER1-to-partner and partner-to-OSER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSER1 versus TOMM34 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
