Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,756 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSER1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Positive regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with OSER1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSER1-to-partner and partner-to-OSER1 results are reported.
