Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSCAR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSCAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300A, LRPPRC, and MEFV. Each is linked with OSCAR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSCAR-to-partner and partner-to-OSCAR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSCAR versus CD300A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSCAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSCAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
