Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSCAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSCAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP453, DNM1P38, and RNU6-1054P. Each is linked with OSCAR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSCAR-to-partner and partner-to-OSCAR results are reported.
